I am a UX designer with a strong focus on team building and collaboration. I am skilled in creating trust and understanding within the company through initiatives like hosting a company-wide feedback session where in-progress work is presented to anyone who wants to come, and feedback is captured. I have experience in accelerating productivity through processes and standardization, such as implementing LEAN UX and a collaborative and participatory approach, building a design system based on React platform, and UX unit testing. I also lead a weekly book club with the design team to discuss and apply concepts from UX-related books to our work. I have also been instrumental in implementing Objectives and Key Results, which put the focus on outcomes instead of outputs, resulting in a more product-led, user-focused company. Additionally, I have experience in product and resource planning and working closely with the product management and engineering teams on quarterly planning, roadmaps, and hiring talented designers.
